Liporacci by Adriana ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order and contact forms — the name, email, phone, city, delivery preference, notes and the pieces in your bag that you send us. We use them only to answer you and to fulfil your order.
- Your bag — the pieces you add are stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers, until you place an order.
- Analytics — we use Umami, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics tool, to count visits and pages. It does not identify you and sets no cookies.
- Server logs — standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and retained for a short period. Form submissions store a hashed, non-reversible version of the IP address for spam protection.
Payments
When card payment is enabled, it is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that step.
Third parties
Hosting (Mentes Inc., on DigitalOcean servers in the United States), email delivery (Resend), fonts (Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers), and Stripe for payments. We do not sell or rent your information.
Retention
Order and contact records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet accounting obligations, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — write to us through the contact form or on Instagram @lpbyadriana. Florida and other applicable consumer-privacy rights (including those under the CCPA for California residents) are honoured.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date.
